She also led the digital strategy that led Justin Trudeau to a landslide LPC Leadership victory and built the online strategy that helped him become Prime Minister of Canada. 

She has built an engaged and enthusiastic business audience online of over 345,000 followers, including a significant number of thought leaders. She is a LinkedIn Influencer, followed by over 200,000 people. Her Slideshare presentations have been viewed over 2 million times. She is in the top 5% of Twitter users worldwide with over 51,000 followers, and she produces a regular web series on YouTube called Truly Strategic which has over 8,500 subscribers.

Carlos Pacheco has over 18 years experience in marketing optimization, audience development, and paid media strategy. He spent the first 13 years of his career on the agency side at Cossette and Touché! Media working on national brand campaigns.

5 years ago, he moved client-side, building online audiences for Just For Laughs Gags YouTube audience from 300k to 3.5M in just over a year turning the channel into a new brand platform that generated over seven figures a year.

From there, he moved to Toronto and worked at Boat Rocker Media, building online audiences for various media properties such as Orphan Black, X Company, The Next Step, and the launch of Lost & Found Music Studios on Netflix.

At Truly, Carlos oversees all audience development strategy across the board.
