Looking for an Executive Assistant

We're looking for an experienced executive assistant with strong bookkeeping and digital skills to work in our fast-paced, energetic environment. We are a team of hard-working overachievers in a demanding industry and need the support of a competent, organized individual who can anticipate our needs.
Bookkeeping experience (preferably having worked in Xero)
HR administrative skills (we are implementing Humi)
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Experience with online collaboration tools: Google Drive, Dropbox, etc
Strong communication skills
Office management experience (ordering supplies, working with contractors, etc)
Keen attention to detail
Very organized (every paper is in the right place, labelled correctly)
Self-starter with great problem-solving skills
Your day-to-day will include:
Office management + upkeep (including ordering supplies, picking up the basics for groceries, watering plants, making sure we get things repaired, handling keys, etc)
Basic accounting (bookkeeping, organizing receipts, reconciling accounts, billing, paying invoices)
Basic HR management (onboarding, offboarding, making sure the HR software is up to date, keeping track of vacations, etc.)
Assisting the executive team (organizing digital and paper files, cleaning up inboxes, scheduling meetings, etc)
Basic assistance to the overall team (booking travel, organizing team activities, general admin assistance as needed)
Research (software solutions, equipment, basic market research)
For the right candidate, you will also:
Help plan and organize online content for the firm
