Looking for a Content Coordinator

[This position is a full-time contract (6 months) with the opportunity to move into full-time permanent with benefits.]

Are you passionate about content marketing? Are you obsessed with making sure that the right message gets in front of the right audience at the right times through the right channels? Are you, perhaps, a bit on the geeky side of the marketing spectrum, obsessed with optimization, a/b testing and analytics? Then this is the job for you!

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working junior team member with 1-3 years of experience in online content coordination and optimization.

You should have experience with:

  • Facebook's Business Manager - pages + ads (+ Instagram)

  • Twitter's Business Manager - ads + analytics

  • LinkedIn Pages, Showcases + Ad Manager

  • YouTube channel management + ads

  • Blog CMS software (Wordpress especially)

  • Search optimization (bonus for knowledge of SEOMoz or SEMrush)

  • Google Adwords

  • Google Analytics

  • Social media platform analytics (native or external software, such as Brandwatch or Hootsuite)

  • Content calendar planning + management

  • Google Drive + working in collaborative software

  • Community management

Nice to have:

  • Video editing skills - iMovie, Premiere

  • Audio editing skills - Garage Band, Audition

  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.

  • Photography skills (good eye)

  • Writing and editing skills

  • Experience with newsletter creation software (ie. Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc)

Your duties will likely include (depending on the day):

  • managing content calendars

  • writing social posts

  • posting articles and social content

  • pulling together and formatting newsletters

  • optimizing content for the individual platforms

  • setting up paid campaigns on social

  • setting up and monitoring PPC campaigns

  • analytics and reporting results from organic and paid efforts

  • influencer relationship management
